Did anyone else clean up on the USC - Arkansas game? USC favored by 8? That's what I call free money. I also won on LSU, even though I hate betting on them since it ruins my ability to be objective in my analysis.
I put a $26 parlay on Vanderbilt covering the 25 pt spread against Michigan & USC covering by 8 points. $66 payout. Not bad. I was calculating all the odds in one of my classes the other day (what a good student...), and with a 80% payout ratio, which is what sportsbook offers, if I can pick right 80% of the time it is a 45% return. Better than any mutual fund you'll find. My roommates and I have a competition where we chose the 3 biggest games every week of the season & pick the winner with the spread. I was at about 65% with those games where it really could go either way, so I think if I only chose 2 or 3 games per week where I see a flaw in the line I should be able to pick 80%. I started keeping record of all my picks & how much money I put down/make this week so I'll have a better feel for what return I'm exactly getting in a couple weeks.
i don't gamble on coll football but it would've been hard to pass on ga tech and hawaii getting the points that they did.
if you really believe you can pick 80% of anything you should drop out of school today and prepare your things for moving into a mansion.
Only on a specific game or 2 per week... I'm going to be keeping track of it to find out for sure, so we'll see.
somehow i doubt you have a skill that has never been possessed by anyone in the history of the universe.
