I know it is ridiculous, but a lot of my friends suffer from this as well. The fear that something you do or don't do, something you wear or don't wear will affect the outcome of a game.

For me, I can't wear anything new, I have to have on yellow boxers, and one of my friends always has to sit to my left no matter where we are watching the game. Whether in Tiger Stadium, bars, different cities, etc. we always confirm that he is to my left. This is horrible as well. If my wife leaves the room or her seat at home games, she can't reenter until the next series. She gets mad, but I am suspicious.

I know none of this has any bearing on whether or not Lavalais makes a play or Mauck completes a pass, but damn if I can't shake the superstitions.

What are some of your gameday superstitions?

I have only one superstition:

We only win when Im drunk. Thats a fact.

Well, I do have work up through friday, but I should be good and tanked by the UF/UT kickoff.

I have been wearing my LSU vs. Auburn 2001 shirt to most every game since then. Like I said in an earlier post, We have only lost twice when i was at the game wearing the shirt and those were away games. So i am undefeated at home......

But I'm in a little delima....I want to but the gold LSU/UGA shirt for this game, but I am worried about wearing it and not my lucky shirt.

What should I do????? This could be a win/lose decision!!!!

yeah I know, I will probably wear both.....I would never forgive myself if I didn't wear the AU shirt and we lost...So don't worry, the AU shirt will be on, whether I wear 1 shirt or 3 shirts!!
