Against Florida, yes, we may be in trouble, but all of the idiots saying we will lose to MSU and Vandy need to get a life... LSU got beat at the last minute by a team of similar talent level. Despite the horrible coaching, the talent level on our team is so much higher than that of vandy and MSU that less than a 17 point margin of victory can be considered a disappointment. The defense stunk it up in the second half, but that was a result of playcalling. There is no possible way that any coach at any level will not make a few adjustments to shore it up. It wont be dominating like under Saban, but it will be competent. THe offense is a different story... If it is Jimbo (and I'm sure it is) that is running the O right now, somethign has to change.. Miles needs to start making some calls or something.. the offense has to be less predictable... but back to the original thought here.. even if we run the same 3 play all day, this team has the size, the speed, and the talent to run over the Vandy's and MSU's of the world...
a lot of experimenting will be done in the next two games i imagine on both offense and defense to figure out what out strong points and what kind of team we're gonna need to be the rest of the season....and thats good....but we need to get this stuff fixed asap and I think we're too good of a team not to get it all figured out.
Don't be so quick to dismiss Vandy. They have a QB that is 10 times better than the QB that torched us last night. That could be a shootout if our defense does not improve...

MSU DID beat a good Florida team that was having coaching woes and problems like we are having. It wasn't Zook's first year either. You are crazy if you think MSU or Vandy has no chance to beat us, this is the SEC and that does happen from time to time. Vandy is better than they normally are btw. Have you read the thread about player confidence? This sounds just like Florida's season last year if not worse. :redface:
MSU has zero chance against us. trust me on that one. vandi has slim to none. regardless the coaching. doesn't matter anyhow. we need to fix a leaking ship for the long haul.
