Nice article... Was thinking about the first two tourney games.. LSU's starters have been able to sit on the bench for most of the second half in each game. Just about every available player for LSU has seen playing time and plenty of it during those second halves. This is great for future years, especially with LSU losing it's senior leader point guard after this season. Those young inexperienced players are gettign great ncaa tourney experience.
Oh.. and I don't think any team's band should play rocky top in the presence of the lady tigers again. Obviously they are not very receptive to that song lol. They showed the Arizona band playing it during the game. One other thing I recall is the commentators saying how overwhelming the support for the games there had been. Were they even looking in the stands? They were empty all the way around, except for the section behind LSU's bench filled with LSU fans. Of course the game after, which was Tenn. vs Perdew, the stands were full.... Yeah, very supportive fans.... of their own team.
