This statement about a TEAMS success is ridiculous! A teams results and successes have EVERYTHING to do with how he is remembered! Timmy Chang had one of the best college careers of anyone elses in college football....no championships, hell not even a conference champion! NO ONE WILL REMEMBER TIMMY CHANG, therefore not a great QB! How many people remember Tommy Frazier? Not many even though he led Nebraska to MANY WINS! AND as a side bit Jamarcus will get credit for leading his LSU fighting tigers to the sec championship! And I hope CParso you don't judge how good a qb is by his ability off of the field....as in a 40 yard dash time or how high he can jump!
"A team's results & successes do not mean that the QB is great. It's simple" Nice Quote!

Those three losses are three times as many losses Mauck had. Russell also lost 2 other games in which he played a substantial amount, bringing that loss total to 5, Randle also bailed him out of the Florida game last year.

Someone mentioned Tommy Frazier for Nebraska...That dude was one of the most awesome players I've ever seen (in any sport). That 75-yard td run he had in the National Championship game in 1996 was possibly the most awesome individual run I've ever seen. I think that was the best team I've ever seen in my life as well. They absolutely killed a beyond-awesome Florida team. I'll never forget that. I can't speak for anyone else, but I remember him clearly.

I remember Timmy Chang too and I can recall the Hawaii fans booing him like crazy in Hawaii one game. So you see, even in paradise people boo players. Who would have thunk it? But yeah, I think you're right, nobody will really remember him because he put up stats that didn't mean much without championships, etc.

_ Tommy Frazier is a running back who played QB.

_ If LSU QBs passed as much as Timmy Chang we would have the same result.

_ Go back & look at BYU when N. Chow was the assitant there. I'm sure ppl remember them as some of the best of the best QBs in college football. They never won a real NC during that time.
