yes its been the same since inception. just like boxing. whoever the judges like, wins, despite what actually occurs on the canvas. bias and bribes may or may not play a part in this decision. actually its better than it ever has been but of course its still terrible.
lol they just scored Japan on an event and changed the score 15 minutes later to move them from 4th 2 2nd. It also seemed they scored us ridiculously low on an event as compared to the rest of the field.
Interesting that the Japanese coach making his appeal to the judges had what seemed to a $100 bill or something in his hand at the time...
