1. LSU coach Les Miles: On Mathieu "There is a very legitimate chance this will have a happy ending." Sounds like he's welcome back to me.

  2. The prodigal son returns...
  3. How cool would it be to get him back this year? We need some motivation on the team.
  4. LSU requires a year-long suspension. I suspect we see Badger next August.
  5. Well, this will be good for the team and the HB, himself, but it is another cup (extry large) of haterade for the rest of the country that views SEC football through a jaundiced (if not jealous) eye.
  6. You can find instances of this kind of stuff in any conference. But the pundits will paint the SEC with a broad brush while ignoring similar or more egregious infractions elsewhere. USC, Oregon, FSU, Ohis St., etc. have all had cases where kids commit actual crimes and stay on the team or come back after serving some miniscule pittance. But at the end of the day, fugg there jaundiced eye. I'd punch em in it if I were close enough.

  7. I think this could be a great story of redemption which the entire country will applaud.

  9. Not this year. we get crucified if he comes back this year. Next year will be fine.
  10. Indeed. Just wish it could be this year...
