You can't and with 260,000 people in the state of bama already without power, I don't think we can longer assume that the people that are right in the head are there to make a desicion on the game. In fact I would be willing to believe that Tommy had those people taken care of a couple of days ago. I know that its up to the AU president but how do the expect to have security when most of the state troopers will be out helping people and taken care of problems. You know what might hapen and I bet this is what they are planning, They will say that game is being played, but when the team trys to get into the state the police will not allow the team to enter, so Saban will turn around and head home, but as he does a band of USC players will jump out of the brush and try and stop the bus by throwing rocks and spears at it. ...... What oh I am sorry I was dreaming.
Maybe we could agree to play in a neutral place like the Superdome? OR Maybe we could play in the Georgia Dome, our home away from home. OR Maybe we could just play in Tiger Stadium and play the next 2 years at Jordon-Hare? What do you think?
I just got word from the people I know in Montgomery, and they say the weather is horrible. They lost power early yesterday evening and pieces of their house have flown off. An NO they do not live in a trailer. The worst has yet to even approach them. .....And there's any question as to if the game should be canceled?
Well, I have relatives in Montgomery too and while the power went off around 2AM, it's back on now. Yes the weather is rough, but it's Thursday morning and the storm is expected to have passed by tomorrow. So, yes, I'd say it's still an open question.
Of course YOU would say that. You just want the game to be played. We'll play the damn game and beat your a$$es even with the so-called "advantages" you are trying to protect. And, don't waste our time with your lame excuses. Just go away and hunker down in the basement for the tornados. Thanks.
I'm just reporting what I'm hearing from my parents and in-laws who all live in the Montgomery area. Sorry that doesn't blow your skirt up.
Did we ask for your reports? Oh, and tell your mom thanks for the skirt, but I want my boxers back. I'll trade her skirt and her panties for them.
Cute. But I hate to burst your bubble...I don't consult you for whether or not to post. Deal with it.
Actually, Titan, I enjoy the banter. It is, afterall, why most people come to boards like this. Don't take it so seriously. Most of us are glad you come here and post. You definitely have the right. And, I sincerely hope you and your loved ones weather this storm safely.
