Arguing that the ball was down and there was no fumble by Stanford based on the replay they showed.

You can't see where the ball was because the Oregon player's arm was in the way. The replay proved nothing. Yet Herbie said definitely it's not a fumble.

Funny how these announcers have their picks made.

Andrew Luck is not going to be a great NFL QB.

His arm strength is not great and his technique is questionable.

This is why you're not an NFL Scout. Luck is going to be a superstar.

    God no.

If you knew anything about QB play, you would realize that.

I thought Phil Simms might be out of his mind when he said it, but now I see what he is saying about his technique and the fact he does not have any zip on his ball. Got great touch and can throw the ball to some open receivers, really smart guy, has a lot going on for him. Except to zip that ball in there. When the NFL comes a calling, the CBs will be so much faster. He'll get picked way too often to be successful.

Because we all know NFL defenses = PAC pick-a-number defenses.

You might be right, but I'd sure as hell love to have his abilities on this LSU offensive squad.
