Props to Hester on getting into the endzone on that TD pass. Once again...Hester has the heart of a Tiger!!!

Also props to Hester for making a key block to allow Flynn to throw the winning TD pass.

Some of the doucheberries behind me were screaming "Hester sucks!" in the first quarter after Hester turned a loss of yardage into two yards by continuing to push. Ticked me off. Aside from those ignoramuses, I'm glad to see that Hester is finally getting the props he deserves. He pushes like no one else on this team (not to mention that he's the most sure-handed back we have). As I've said before, he reminds me of an old school running back type ala Jimmy Taylor.

Hester now makes my all time list of favorite Tigers, with the HEART factor. He's up there with Hokie now.

He was quoted as saying "The touchdown pass was a play we used a couple of years ago," Hester said. "I came back underneath to get the ball. There was nobody there. I'm getting too old for this. But, that's how the SEC is."

He definitely should go down as one of the all time Tiger greats!!

His running style somehow reminds me of Dominic Davis, another one of my all time favorites. I guess some dumass fans just have thicker skulls, and never appreciative of some of these players.

  7. Hester is wicked, also one of my all time faves. I agree with the block reference too, the guys does it all.

One guy in my section was screaming when we ran the ball on 1st down at the end of the game. He wanted to throw the ball in the endzone so we didn't have to kick a game winning FG. Then we threw to Dickson in the flat on 2nd down and he yelled again to throw it in the endzone. Then we threw it in the endzone for a TD and after all the celebrating, he said that was a stupid call.

Some people were just born stupid. Some of them happen to be LSU fans.

Hester is starting to remind me of Larry Csonka. He's just pure smash mouth football. If anyone finds a picture of Hester holding the ball over the goal line please post it. There were quite a few photographers sitting right in front of the TD score but they all seemed ready to run.
