1. Rumor has is that some players have been told by the assistant coaches that Saban took the job today and will have press conference tommorow and announce that he will take the fins job...this all happend after the owner came to BR today and offered Saban like $6-7 million a year.....what's your take, is he torn now or still all LSU?? Thanks
  2. That was reported by members of tigerbait.com.........

check the history over the last week from these same posters.

What is this about the 4th time he's told the players and coaches he's gone?

You can read the response to islstl's leg humping on the other thread where I said he's still a Tiger.

I've yet to hear of any of the asst coaches leak that type of info, Nick would not allow that. I just spoke to a well known player (who would know).....

He called a few buddies on the team and heard nothing of the sort.

    The rumors never stop.

Everything i've heard from what I call "reliable sources" still tell me Saban will remain a Tiger.

Mr. Wells Fargo/WH might buy Saban at this rate if it keeps up tomorrow. $7 mill????? He doesn't take no for an answer.

The TAF is still working on Saban's annuity/raise package........TAF..not LSU
  3. Props to CRAWFISH.

I'm listening to/ watching Midnight Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NYC, and CRAWFISH is on the board here defending his honor early on Christmas morning.

If he were playing us for fools, I really don't think that he would do this.
  4. Thanks for the info

man I hope not, how much of a say does his wife have in this situation? I hope the idiot stops offering money though.
  5. Just bear in mind.

There is only a FINITE amount of money that a decent family like the Sabans could hope to spend in a lifetime. I'll bet that Nick realizes this.
  6. I heard it was in the $18 million area...not $6-$7

With incentives, it could be up to the $20 million dollar area.
