Well Trump is pretty straight-forward. I'd say, hands down, he lies the least. He goes out of his way to tell the truth about things he doesn't need to imo.
Last weekend I was at a friends party and her friends and family span the political spectrum. All the way from her husband is the definition of a libertarian to her father is a fierce Bernite. Marco, Donald, and Ted and Kasich had fans there. And there was a corporate lawyer there strongly for Hillary and he had a few less passionate Clinton partners. We get together every 6 months or so the last get together was in the summer. The most interesting conversation change I noticed is the same thing I just noticed in TigerNC. Last summer the Hillary people were all about she didn't do anything wrong. It's just the horrible Republicans trying to impinge her integrity. This time around it was a different conversation. NOW their tune was 'everybody does it'. They no longer are even trying to pretend she is innocent. Now the story line is she's no worse than everybody else. When he tried to sell me that the press is harder on her than any of the other candidates - Dems and Repubs - I laughed out loud. Then I had a revelation, I realized he really believed it. It occurred to me he had a blind spot that would let him buy any fantasy she was selling. All he needed was free form rationalization. And the Trump guy standing next to him would do the same for Donald. They were two peas in opposite ends of the same pod. This is one crazy cycle. How do we not end up fucked.
That horse has done left the barn. I really question whether there will even a USofA, in 8 years. Seriously. I am certainly no TRUMP fan, but I feel like trying to leave the country if the majority of Americans choose Hillary.
