    I almost spewed coffee through my nose reading this post. I cant believe Granny The Lisp is on ESPN. He adds nothing to their broadcast except to make it more of a joke then it already is.

    It isn't possible, but this is why I wish there could be a complete conference tournament at season's end...

    But to do this, the season would have to be almost year round with the 16 team playoff I also want lol

    Considering the success South Carolina has had against the run this year (better said, lack of success) and what a threat Brad Smith is running the ball I wouldn't be surprised in the least to see Smith account for 200+ total offensive yards against the Gamecocks today.

    I haven't seen the spread on this game in the last few weeks but I'd take Mizzou in a heartbeat. Off the top of my head (and I haven't seen Mizzou play this year) I'd think 14 or greater.

    Holtz is a joke as broadcaster. The ESPN crew always has to correct him and save him from his own stupidity. It won't be long until he is in the old folks home.

    It's a shame too because in the mid-'80's, I had such respect for Lou as a coach even though I was never a real big ND fan.

    It's hard to sit and watch people that were once so respected, do/say things that diminish their pride.

    If South Carolina would have beat Clemson, his opinion would have held more weight.

    Anytime you talk that way about a team that lost their last ballgame, you blow your attempt to hype them right out of the water. (Unless you're talking about 'walk on water' Urban Meyer):dis:

    If he would have said something like, "South Carolina is the most improved team in the SEC," I would have agreed with him.
