A big fat Fluer-de-lis painted over the Tiger's Eye in the center of the field and "Saints" painted over "LSU TIGERS" in the endzone. BOOOOOO!:angryfire No, I don't have pictures... maybe someone here does...
Heh... Yes, that sounds about right. I am just glad the Fleur-de-lis was not actually painted on the field during LSU's regular season.
Did you know the fleur-de-lis is actually a version of the Christian cross? If you didn't before, you do now.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fleur-de-lis Interesting quick article I enjoyed. "...it was allegedly inherited from the Ancient Egyptian symbol for circumcision..." I found that kinda random.
:hihi: :hihi: Man, them Egyptians didn't miss anything. Circumcision had it's own symbol, who'd a thunk it? I guess that Makes the Saints the New Orleans/San Antonio Clipped Weiners. :hihi:
There is no way I'm going in the stadium with the Saints logo all over the place. That's a disgrace. I like the Saints and am a fan, but dont mess with our stadium.
