the only way to get to the LSU game tomorrow is via Shreveport. I have a suspicion that we will be lucky to get 65k to 75k into the stadium tomorrow night.
I am glad I haven't moved to Houston yet. I know there is a very large fan base in Houston. I still don't understand why the ASU game was not played in Houston.

You can give me your tickets and buy me a plane ticket. Hey, just making a suggestion for how to relieve your guilt. I'm not suggesting it for any kind of benefit to me, just tryin' to help!
Just have fun that is why the TIGERS play. If you feel guilty don't. If I had tickets I would not feel quilty. I would feel great the TIGERS on tv no other college games I hope all the media and coaches will watch and keep LSU in the top 5
I don't feel guilty at all. In fact, I'd like to take this moment to gloat that I will be at this game on Monday night in Tiger Stadium. :hihi: poli, just be happy that Houston is not damaged in any way! I know the traffic was bad there for a while, but it could have been much worse than missing a game - even if it is an LSU game in Death Valley.
sh*t im from the hardest hit area from rita, and my house is prolly destroyed but u can bet your ass I will be at that game tomm. I just talked to my dad and one of the first thing he said was this blows, I can't even watch the d*mn game. Don't feel guilty. If i-10 is closed try going through around toledo bend. look up pendlton(sp?) bridge on mapquest and come through there. Most you lose is 2 hours.
