What does the University of Lafayette Louisiana bring to this game? Does anyone know their key players to watch? What kind of game will it be? Seriously, I don't know a lot about this team. How are the Tigers going to approach this game? Will Jimbo show much of the offense?
We've played UL 20 times throughout the years....and according to the gameday Tshirt, I believe the score so far is 116 to 19. The last time UL scored against us was in 1924 I believe?
Jerry Babb, 5th year senior, best qb there since delhomme Michael Desormeaux, rs soph, backup qb that will play. Not the greatest passer but has sub 4.5 speed and good moves Tyrell Fenroy, soph, broke 1000 yards last year though he only started 5 games. Receiving corps is young and sucks... O-Line is the best in the Sun Belt. Both OT's will be all-sunbelt and play in the NFL some day. D-Line, replacing 3 guys but has decent size this year LBs are young but came on strong last year... Seconday.. UL always has a good secondary... they put guys into the NFL... New Kicker, vet punter, lead the sun belt in kicks and punts blocked (Bustle comes from V-tech, so its BeamerBall)... Only 3 or 4 BCS caliber players, but the offense is good enough to score 10 to 14 points.. expect a 42-14ish final
