    Man, Drew Brees was showing out last night. The Dome was rockin. He sliced through the NFL's 2nd ranked pass defense. Jason David looked good. We dropped 50 without Reggie. I was impressed.

    Do y'all think the Saints can hang on in this tough division? The remaining sched looks like this:

    @TB
    Atl
    @ CHI
    @Det

    Krypto Huh?

    I would love it if they would, but i think it might be too high of a hill to climb.

    Saints have no defense. They'll win, maybe, 2 more games.

    If they (the defense) play like they did the 2nd half last night, maybe 3.

    9-7 would be pretty reasonable to expect at this point. It will take one heck of a defensive effort to do any better though.

    It sure was nice to see balance between run & pass last night on offense.

    I've watched the Saints on and off but it seems they are better without Bush. Pierre Thomas is good.

    Pierre Thomas and Lance Moore both had great games and so did that quarter back, Drew what's his name. He may end up being a decent pro.

    Think so too.

    Payton goes coo coo when he has lots of toys on the field.

    Seems like Reggie always puts the ball on the ground too, although I don't have any stats to back that up.

    Great game either way. Glad to see Deuce score and get the record, love that guy.

    I have come to the conclusion that Payton would rather win a game 38-34 rather than 27-10.
