How does LSU affect the race for the NC for the 1-loss teams?

Let me preface this post with the following disclaimer: Under NO circumstances do I ever root against the Tigers nor would I ever root for team A to beat team B if team B winning would help us but happen to like team A more.... That said...

I'm slightly depressed about helping out certain teams. If we beat Arky, I'm guessing we will slightly hurt USC (good thing). However, would that also hurt UF's chances at jumping USC since they would play Arky in the SECCG? Is anyone affected by us beating Ole Miss? I hate to say this, really I do, but between the 5 teams that I think truly have a legit shot I prefer UF.

    1. I might vomit if I see ND or USC play for the NC. The only consolation prize for that would be a total blow out by OSU or Mich (Peach Bowl style). To see One Petey in tears would likely bring a tear to my eye too.

    2. I'm not sold on the Big East for a NC spot and really don't want to see them there. We can all thank Georgia for this even being a topic of discussion.

    3. So that leaves UF and Arky but since we plan on beating Arky we're left with UF... I hate the Gators but I could live with a them, a team we lost to, and an SEC team, representing one half of the NC game. The other two scenarios above make me cringe. I'm glad Tejas was taken out of the mix.

So, how does LSU's two remaining games, directly and indirectly, affect the NC picture?

PS: I think we're going to close out this year strong... I honestly think we will go into little rock and win by more than one score.
