Sorry, but I'm just not sold on him as a coach and his inflated ego is absolutely annoying. He's going to learn real quick that it's one thing to win on the SWAC level, but that's no comparison to level of competition he's going to face week in and week out. I give Coach Prime two seasons and they will show him the door.

Prime will do fine there. Colorado can’t get worse. He can recruit 5 star athletes. He is a motivator and the kids will play for him. It will be tough to turn it around there but hey, they did it once before with LA athletes. He will recruit everywhere.
His "act" appeals to todays youth. As @mancha said he can recruit. The CU fan base is excited so that's the first step in the right direction.
He was letting them know things will change. There were players who didnt even attend the meeting- who should have. He said they’ve accepted complacency- it’s gonna change.
Maybe it is, but karma's a bitch, and so is a cocky statement like telling his NEW TEAM to hit the portal.
