It has been a VERY long time in my life since i felt so confident about an LSU kicker. I think he will be a very key factor in the 2008 LSU team.

It is very nice to have a clutch kicker.

The last controversial LSU place kicker I remember was Wade Richey (and the guy went on to be an NFL starter). I don't remember considering any place kicker a superstar, although I was hoping Corbello would be one. But yes, I do think Colt David is a pretty good addition to the team.

P.S. Interesting to see a "soccer is gay" guy have so much love for a ball kicker.

Well yes, soccer is gay.. But football is football. Kicking is a key element. Colt David has already in his junior year achieved team records. I feel he will be a big factor this season.

By the way, what a fake against Spurrier? The boy can run too!

I agree. I wish I had the same warm, fuzzy feelings about our punter.

I believe that Colt David was a big-time soccer player in Grapevine, Texas. But I could be wrong...

Still, I feel that football is 1000x greater than soccer.

rule number effin one: never and I mean never ever trust a kicker.

rule number effin two: never ever trust someone that refers to soccer as football.

colt may apply to both if you dig deep.
