PT this week. Based on what other teams have been doing to Ole Miss, I am hopeful we put the game away early so Matt can get some PT. Nothing against MR and JR, I just want to see what our other RSFR stud can do. I wonder if it hadnt been for his shoulder injury early on, if he would have seen more time earlier in the season.

On a side note, I am anxious to see Robert Lane on his ass often. I think our D should be up to the task :thumb:

Yep. Time for Robert Lane to get his butt bruised! He didn't want competition--he wanted playing time handed to him. Well, it's time to hand him some disappointment! :)

I'll also agree that I would like Matt Flynn to get some reps in as well. After all, he's going to certainly be in the thick of things for playing time next season--be it as a shot to win the starting job, or off the bench when the game in hand, or should something happen to Russell.

I'm a big fan of giving your backup QB as much playing time as possible because he's the next most important guy not to start.
