    I am going to tell him in my life I have made many mistakes! We all mess up!

    I am going to tell him that he can coach his way out of this! Man up and do what you have to do.

    Fire Crowton if you have to but do what you have to do to improve in the areas of concern!

    Move on Move out Man up and just do it!!
