I can't believe what I heard

    On espn just now down in the Superdome the three idiots just said no matter what the title is split. I will never support ABC/ESPN again. I have lost ALL respect for their sportscasters and hope we can let that be known to the big brass. I am left speechless! GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It won't matter whether any of us support these people or not.
    Its the system by the media and not of the people.

    Its also about ratings thats all

    Fowler was disgusting. Herbstreit and Corso were objective, but Fowler was blatant in his support for USC.

    You are right, I can't let myself be a pawn to the sports media. Hell, we beat Georgia in the SEC championship game IN ATLANTA! I'm ready, SEC rules college football and LSU rules the SEC. GEAUX TIGERS!

    The whole USC NC is a farce. I am still laughing about how they have declared themselves NCs. As a previous poster noted on another thread, "I am the King of Mesopotamia." Doesn't necessarily mean its true, but if he believes it, and 1000s of people call him King, I guess he must be the King.

    The AP writers are losing all kinds of credibility with these rants and wanting to change the outcome when the results didn't meet the model. Only one team will have 2 trophies, one for the Sugar and one cyrstal ball. All the other hype just doesn't matter.

    the "fans"

    This morning Brian whoever was substituting on the Tony Kornheiser show and he kept saying how "the Fans" were going to make it clear to the BCS that the system is broken and whoever wins the Sugar Bowl would NOT be the national champions, but that USC already was. Now who are these fans?
    The same fans who don't fill the USC Colosseum every Saturday?
    The same fans who hardly made a noise behind the GameDay crew when they were on the ground at the Rose Bowl? The same fans who didn't have enough demand for tickets to their Bowl Game (only 25 miles from their home field) so that they were easily obtainable at face??? I am shocked at how the media thinks "the Fans" are the few people who brownnose Pete Carroll. The media is just too insulated, or else they're doing a carefully orchestrated job on us because they see their ratings as better if USC is involved.

    I've said that all along. The USC fans are just as worthless as tits on a boar hog. Did you all hear when USC's band would play that "charge" song? No reaction what so ever from the fans.....yea, what great fans.
