I just realised that I am in love with Les Miles, seriously.

I don't give a rats ass whether you like him or not. This guy is a good f'ing ball coach. He went 10-2 his first season as head coach, which is a hard thing to do. Yes, he did have Saban's talent, but this guy is a recruiting machine of his own. He has 17 commitments already, and a top 5 recruiting class coming his way. I myself hope he stays a loooong time here in Red Stick. I think we will see improvment on his part as a coach year in and year out.

All you guys who are bashing an LSU coach who went 10-2 need to WAKE UP!

P.S. I predict one of these :crystal: from Miles within the next 3 years.

You gotz to coach great as well as recruit great ... with LSU less than 2 years away from their NC ... recruiting would be VERY GOOD here with anyone at the helm.

Let's see this fool Miles keep LSU from getting their asses handed to them by Miami ... cover the spread. And then, let's see a Top 5 recruiting class SIGNED in Feb.

Hmmm, I seem to remember two members of the LSU fan section (both males) that had a little lovefest going on at the Bama game.

I would wonder what he would do if he was calling plays. I was hoping that with an offensive HC that the offense would've been better with performance and play calling.

I believe Les needs to put better coaches around him in a few areas. I think we need another OC for more play selection and a little more wide open offense and one that will spread the field out more. Hopefully the QB's can handle the workload.

I think he needs to get another WR coach that will work on fundamentals with these guys, such as catching and running better routes.

The QB's need to be worked and develped more. JR or whoever plays needs to be able to read defenses and make appropriate adjustments at the line. I believe there is room for improvement on that and JR needs to stop staring down WR's and get rid of the ball more quickly.

Just my 2 cents. A HC will only look great when he has great coaches surrounding him and it is up to the HC to pick them and guide them into what he wants.
