    WAFB News said tonight that the negotiations were not as far along and definate as the miami papers are reporting.

    I don't know what that means. You can watch the news replay all night on cable channel 9

    some of us never believed he was leaving to begin with. Some of us are familiar with Sexton's antics from previous experience...... :wink:

    I think he was talking about other LSU boards :grin:

    FWIW, most people on my Auburn board hope Saban stays because it makes the SEC stay strong, especially with the other new coaches coming in. Also FWIW, all the stuff about Tubs coming to LSU is crap as I said here all along.
    Tubs and the Auburn Pres. met yesterday and agreed on a new contract with hefty raises for Tubs and his assistants. Following the meeting Tubs said "I am 100% commited to staying at Auburn."
