AGAIN, I KNOW IT WOULD NEVER HAPPEN, BUT I WOULD PAY GOOD MONEY TO WATCH THE DC'S FACIAL EXPRESSIONS DURING THE GAME IF IT DID.
I have had similar thoughts but it just can't happen. Every play a player is on the field, he is in risk of being injured. The odds of it happening are slim but in a worst case scenario BOTH qb's could be injured on one play.
If Jimbo wanted to mess with DCs head he could line Doucet back there with either QB. Early was a good QB in high school and has a pretty good arm. I know this will not happen either but it is pretty fun to think about the crazy things we could do on offense with all this talent.
We used to do this in flag football. We had a guy with a gun, and a guy who could run and was good at short stuff. It worked really well.
