I voiced my opposition to the selection process. I expressed my disappointment in the LSU AD, Mr. Alleva. In my opinion, the LSU powers that be indeed do lack professionalism and a proper commitment to football excellence. LSU fans deserve better. THAT SAID I support Coach O completely. I'm confident that he will hire a great staff. I am confident that he will make us proud.
I will support him until I don't. This year he did great with the shit show Alleva put him in. Put together this awesome binder of a team, and then lead that team to something, step 1. TBH he has the life span of Alleva. Fail early we are a total shit show, Alleva gone, O gone, blow up the show. Success, Alleva is a genius, most of us our stupid. The world bask in Alleva's brilliance. There is no middle ground. LSU is black and white, I'm optimistic but realistically can see both paths. Cheering for coach O and my tigers
He's a great recruiter. If he surrounds himself with the best staff in the SEC, then success is hard to fuck up. I'm not saying that he'll win multiple nattys, but he will be successful so long as he doesn't fuck this OC thing up.
