It seems like they're running out of good names for hurricanes. And why do they go all the way to W, but not to Z?

 

Because you would have to go through X first and there would be a hurricane xavier every year

 

They wouldn't have much more luck with Y and Z, either, actually.

 

bill gates could sponsor it and have an x-box hurricane every year and for the state that gets wiped out everyone would get a new release of a solar powered game console to play during the power outage.
