    I think some people may have opinions about who may be capable, but think regardless of who is mentioned it will result in serious flaming and criticism. Let's put down the sharp objects and let cooler heads prevail.

    Let's use this thread for open discussion of who we think maybe good enough to continue the success in Baton Rouge after Les has moved on. No matter how his tenure ends, eventually there will need to be someone to fill Miles' shoes.
