IF they bet USC, should UCLA get a BCS bid?

USC would likely still be at large + Pac-10 champ (unless USC is still pac-10 champ because they have a rigged tiebreaking system like the Sun Belt).

 

and they would all be 10-1 BTW. (no championship game, just late regular season)

 

In a 3-way, USC is champ. That's why they've been a BCS lock for the past 3 weeks, at least.

Agree that UCLA has to get an at-large with the win. A win over USC, plus a much better looking now OOC win over Oklahoma gets them in, IMO...but the computers are likely to disagree.

The PAC-10 is hardly great shakes as far as SOS is concerned, and another OOC win--Rice--has to really pull them down.

 

Yep, USC is in win or lose today... Pac-10 Champ in tie situations is the highest ranked team.... which, in this case, would still be USC.

 

wow, that is really horrible. Considering the giant media-market that is Oregon, they have a fairly bleak longterm outlook as far as tiebreakers go, lol.

 

By the way, Corso dropped another gem regarding this matchup: "UCLA is going to have to score more points than USC to win this game."
