OU vs. BAMA gets gameday. Meanwhile USC vs. Auburn gets snubbed. I thought Auburn had already won the NC? I understand the BAMA is playing OU. But, it is funny that BAMA still overshadows Auburn in what is supposed to be their season of glory. Hilarious. Disturbing........I read somewhere that the UT vols rape victim that Fulmer "questioned" is learning disabled with the intelligence of a second grader. Does anyone have a link to a tenn. newspaper site that might have more info?
On the Gameday issue, that game is just too intriguing to pass up. OU is still picked by most in the top 5, and with all the off season shenanigans with Bama, this will make for an interesting morning of stories.
Actually, it makes sense (as alluded to in the previous post). Most, if not all pre season polls have OU ranked higher than AU and USC is in somewhat of a rebuilding year while Bama has all of the soap opera angles. I didn't realize Bama's punishment did not include a TV ban.
in some cases, its like another penalty.....when a school is put on probation they can recieve all types of penaltys..anywhere from loss of schollys, bowl bannned, TV banned, and others....it just depends on what the NCAA hands to them....in BAMA's case they just got the loss of schollys and a 2 year bowl ban.
Thanks for the info. A no TV ban seems pretty harsh. What teams have recieved this kind of treatment? Did the SMU death penalty include that?
