1. Word has it the goal ESPN has with the new ESPN network is for the states that are a part of the SEC footprint will get the channel with their basic cable package. Nationally, it'll be available like ESPNU is offered—customers with a digital package.

  2. might just get cable then
  3. They have an agreement in place with AT&T Uverse right now. If that is available and serves your needs you may be set already.

That is my cable provider and I've not had a single problem with their service.

  4. Service has been hit or miss in Baton Rouge area. I am sure they will get it straight.
  5. I love ATT U-Verse, but we can't get it in our new house. But we are on thier call list for when it comes available! Till then we are stuck with crappy Brighthouse.
  6. isnt this going to suck? i mean, every decent lsu game has been on tv for 6+ yrs. from now on, not so much.
  7. How do you figure? I don't envision fewer games being on TV because of this. I'm excited about it because it probably means more basketball and baseball on TV.
  8. The tier selection remains the same: CBS, the ESPN, then the SECN. So, your better SEC games will still get their prime time slots.

SECN is going to have three games on Saturdays, early, mid-afternoon, and then the early evening games.

They will have replays of the CBS games archived and that I like a lot. Beats the hell out of SECOnDemand...at least I think it will.
  9. Anyone know when it's supposed to come online?
  10. Roughly around the time fall camp begins at the SEC schools is their target date.
