Depends on where you're coming from. At Government St., 19th turns into Park Blvd which is a beautiful oak lined divided street and at City Park turns back into a regular two lane street (Dalrymple) past the lakes all the way into the campus going by the Frat houses and past the quad and down the hill to TS. Don't know how close you'd get to TS to park. It's a mess getting back out but probably not any worse than any other way in or out. It's been a long time since I went that way but I grew up in that area and it really isn't a bad area unless things have changed dramatically.

You don't want to break down on 19th Street at night.
