It's gotten to the point that I can hardly read any posts here since I use a public computer. Is there an option to block these images? Agreed. My computer will not even allow me to open this site at work. And, at home, I am worried someone will walk up behind me and see one of the pictures and get the wrong idea. Please get rid of the soft porn pictures. There are other sites for that.
Yeah, I personally don't get it. Are most of the users on here college kids or guys who just can't get laid? Not that I have a problem with pics of sexy dames, but why on a football discussion board?

Guys...I told you how to get rid of the images so if its a problem just adjust your options and you have no problem. Simple as that.
That is NOT the correct option There are often GREAT LSU pictures on this board that I would hate to give up. But I agree that the porn is making it to the point that this site is almost not worth it! Why can't a football board be a football board? There are plenty of porn sites that you guys can visit. Some of us are female and offended by what is being posted here. Don't we have a "right" to enjoy a good football board without being bombarded by porn?
I'm not against showing babes on this site in acceptable clothing and bathing suits . But it has steadily gotten worse to soft porn :dis: . I have been shocked to see some of the pictures that come up lately. This is not a porn site. But it seems to be becoming one . I have a younger teenager who is a member himself and often visits this site from his personel Windows account. He has his own avator and image(s) also. I don't want him looking at all of the soft porn (such as two women seductively ready to lick a banana) that seems some members are continually testing the waters of just how far they can go. With all due respect, if it means that if you are a contributor then you have the power to do this, that needs to change. There are thousands of people who view this site, much of them kids under 13 years old. I am asking the administrator(s) to put a stop to this. It has definitely gotten out of hand.
honestly.......................................... you see worse things during daytime soap operas and at night during Survivor and The Apprentice. The moderators do an excellent job of keeping the avatars and pictures in check, if you do not believe me PM tirk and ask him. If people are contributing to keeping this site running, I have no issue what they post as long as it is not hardcore and obscene to the average American citizen. I'd be the last person to agree with Ashcroft on anything, especially decency (which, to him, means covering the statue of Justice during press conferences because of her exposed breast. :dis: ) I just don't understand why anyone feels the need to include any pics in their sig that don't have anything to do with LSU or football. Thanks for the suggestion, though - I've turned them off so that my wife and children aren't always walking up and asking what I'm looking at. Just seems like I shouldn't have to do that on a message board, but it is privately-run, so the owners can allow whatever they want, and I agree with their right to do so. The whole practise just mystifies me a bit. Oh, well.
