Wondering what the interest in Jimbo would be if Famous Jameis never went to FSU. Maybe his resume would look average at best?
I think FSU has done pretty well this year with a crappy QB transfer from Notre Dame, and battling through tons of injuries.
I'm just not sold on Fisher, but I might be if a big name DC comes in with him. At the very least a big name HC or DC would help recruiting from taking a hit
Just floating it out here but what is people's feelings on Jimbo HC Coley - OC (Miami current oc) Muschamp - DC I personally like muschamp comming back, don't know much about coley and I frankly don't know how I feel about jimbo.
I think with the players Frank and O will be able to recruit, Muschamp will be just fine. His defenses at UF were really good, and he had talent. He'll get talent to coach at LSU. He hasn't had much talent at Auburn and he didn't have that much at Texas although he did have a few individual players here and there that were really good.
In 5 seasons he won 3 conference championships and one national championship. He's 4-1 in bowls. Its no irony we are getting a guy who has proven to develop qbs. 4 NFL first rounders which began here. Jamarcus, then -- Ponder, EJ Manuel and Jameis. 3 in a row which had never happened before. Jamarcus and Jameis both #1 overall picks. Also coached a dentist to the NC in matt mauck as well as flynn.. 67-13 at fsu and best of all he developed a guy named rohan davey, who was better than all of them combined..
