Joe Addai should be leading rusher in SEC now.

I'm not positive, but I think his 156 yards should push him ahead of Darby.

I'm sure the Florida Gator fans are quite happy Joseph Addai is a senior.

he sure does seem to put a nail in their coffin doesn't he. i really like to watch him run. i was wondering what round he is going to go in and to whom. he is going to make someone happy. kinda like DD. hopefully people see and take him for what he is. a helmet and lunch pail kinda player. just a true team player mixed with a ton of grit and determination.

Not to be a devil's advocate here, but where will he go in the draft? If I were a scout, I'd be worried about his upright running style that lends itself to fumbles. He has had a fumbling problem throughout his career, save 2004. I still cringe when I watch replays of the 2003-2004 Sugar Bowl when he probably did fumble the ball, but the refs didn't call it.

Adrian Peterson has the same upright running style and that won't prevent him from being a top 3 pick. With more success and a good combine, I see Addai going in the 2nd round.

But besides having the top rusher, does Highsmith now lead the conference in sacks? He's been all over the place since he's started.

Dickerson was an upright runner, he did pretty well...

not saying he is the next dickerson... but he could do just fine if he finds the right fit....

have you noticed that he makes a concerted effort to protect the ball before he gets hit. he is putting both hands on it before he gets hit. i beleive he will continue to improve in that area. if i were drafting i would spend a late second. if he were still there in the third then it's a no brainer.the only reason i can see for him to go that late is his running style/ball protection. but, as i said he is getting better at that so....

NFL scouts clocked Addai at 4.35 in the 40. A power back with that kind of speed who can also get into the passing game will get plenty of attention from pro football.

Are you sure about that one??????? I like Addai but he doesn't appear 4.35 fast and I've never seen numbers like that attributed to him.
