Jim Rome doesn't come on in BR until 2pm, though. Is it within the first two hours? Because hour three comes on in the evening.
I'm pretty sure it's the second hour. It was supposed to be hour three but he said LSU rescheduled it's shootaround time in Boise today and John was coming on earlier than originally thought.
...then again, maybe not. Rome was ready and, all of a sudden, Brady was not. As Jim Rome himself would say, "Bang your monkey, Baton Rouge, and get yer third hour." Well, you guys have to wait until the evening, but you get my drift. I'll post his comments as soon as he makes them.
I quit listening to Rome when he "banged his monkey" over Southern Cal being SOOOOO superior to LSU in 2003. He's a So Cal jerk-off....and 1210 could can him for all I care.
I agree, for the most part. Rome is probably one of the most annoying personalities on the radio (second maybe to Richard Condon). But at least he recognizes the SEC as being the best and toughest conference in college football.
