Possibly two LSU players selected before BQ. Looks good to me. :thumb:

We will find out soon, I suspect negotiations between the Raiders, JR, and CJ are underway. The news might leak before the draft. I have heard the same, if CJ goes 1 then Cleveland has JR above Quinn and Quinn could drop to the Leinart spot.

While it would suck to not go #1, I would love for JR to be with the Browns instead of da Raidas.

After all, I think we will remember him for how his career was in ten years and not where he was drafted.

If he doesn't go #1 it sounds like he is not going to drop past the Browns. They would probably take him #1 if they had the pick.

To tell you the truth, I'd be happy with that. I just dont feel alright with him going to the Raiders, they're just too messed up currently to give them a talent like JaMarcus. I dont think they have what it takes to develop JaMarcus into a top QB. But the Browns seem to be more settled as a franchise, and I feel they can take good care of JaMarcus, not to mention he'll have the GM backing him up.

To clarify, by messed up I mean, they have a head coach who was a CO-offensive coordinator at a COLLEGE the past year, they have like6 or 7 new coaches, their owner is known for his bad decisions, they have the worst O-line in the league, etc..

Calvin Johnson IS the best player in this draft. Hands down. Period. ...but we don't debate that I'm sure.

So, having said that, any team NOT wanting him is crazy....HOWEVER, the Raiders are SOOOOO screwed up at the QB position that it hurts their entire offense.

Face it, Randy Moss and Porter at WR isn't exactly a horrible thing....and they couldn't help the Raider QB's look better than a Pop Warner QB.

Basically, I wouldn't be surprised to see the Raiders draft Calvin Johnson, trade Randy Moss and STILL suck-arse next year because they won't have a QB to get him the ball....

Kiffin was the co-OC at a University, not a college. And it doesn't matter, it's title only. Al Davis is the head coach.
