They get two holidays a year. Why should anyone care the other 363? Pardon the sarcasm, but for a lot, it ain't not true.
When I think of the money wasted on VA bonuses for bogus appointments it makes me want to puke. And that's a drop in the bucket. We don't do near enough to take care of those who serve. Society is filled with angry tormented ghosts. They deserve better.
Very disturbing. I know there was a problem but I didn't realize it was that widespread. People who have seen and done things in the defense of us all that no man should have to see or do deserve better than to be thrown away by our society like so much garbage. Great song in the video. A VA doc, when looking at XRAY of my hurt back "discovered" I had a condition in which every internal organ was reversed. When his colleagues guffawed in his face, he accused me of flipping over on the XRAY table to "trick him." I could hardly move, but I crawled out of that hell hole! I have always shuddered at what bad VA care must really be like!
