The Va Tech game was my first home game in 16 years since I moved away.

    Random Observations

    1) Va Tech fans were nice before the game & very complimentary afterwards.
    2) I never saw so many people so early for a Tiger Football game
    3) Tiger Stadium was packed but I have heard it louder - maybe my memory or maybe since the game was not close.
    4) It's good to come home.
    5) Cops were towing cars left & right.
    6) LSU tailgating has moved up from an art to a science. Unbelievable with satellite dishes, etc.
    7) I had a great time.

made the trip from CT.. had a blast thought we would win but WOW.. what a game.. great tailgate as well...
well worth the stops in Newark, Houston then Baton Rouge
then on the plane back ( 6:15am ) Chris Fowler was on our flight. with 60 other VT fans ( still in shock ) BR to memphis to Detroit ( oregon fans everywhere and happy ) then back to Ct...
cant wait to make another trip to see LSU hammer

People were there early because 1)It was a big game and 2)ESPN Game Day.

Crowd noise was good in the beginning but as things got out of hand it quieted a bit. Nothing like the Oregon St or Georgia games.
