She was obviously drunk and upset. The leap over the top while caught off guard I think I would have done the same thing and just pushed her off. But when she started kicking with those heels, that's when I'd have snapped her skinny ass in half. Getting kicked in the face / back of the head with high heels would hurt like hell.
