You know until yesterday if you asked me about the Kentucky or Fresno St.games. I would have said no problem, Kentucky is not that bad. I watched them last night. But LSU just plain played bad football yesterday. And if they play Kentucky or Fresno St. like that they could lose. LSU!
If anyone knows where I can get 4 tickets on the North end for the Fresno game please send me a PM. I want to bring my wife, 8 & 11 year old. I bring them to one game every year but always on the South/Southwest end.... would like for them to get full effect of band and our awesome student section.
i know that we should beat KY and Fresno State, but my point is that if we play like we played against FL and Auburn, offensively, we will lose. We're already out of the SEC championship... we won't be going to that. And we still have TN who beat Georgia last night at Georgia... and we still have Alabama to play... they're no slouch. You can't take anyone in the SEC lightly, regardless of their record. For example, Arkansas beat Auburn... at Aurburn.
Don't worry! If the formula holds true, LSU beats UK and Fresno by 40 and goes to Neyland to hang 3-10 points on the Vols.
Well, I'm going to agree with you. I think they players will be looking for blood this week and the next, unfortunately, I think KU and Fresno will oblidge by submitting to us and it will lull our coaches and players into a false sense of confidence once again. Look for JV and AB to have decent carries against KU and Fresno and have our coaches thinking the run game is fixed going into Neyland. Playing Tenn at Neyland , their going to ready, will we?
Good god if this team does drop either of these games. You are gonna have people commiting internet/message board suicide.
We beat kentucky by 21 and Fresno St by 40... 10-2 here we come...make that 13-2 after we beat a 9-3 USC team in the Holiday Bowl
That would be awesome. I thought Holiday was always Big 10 vs Pac 10? If not though that would be sweet. I'm looking at it like this: Tennessee is the only other game we have that is not a guaranteed victory, in my opinion. For those predicting the apocalpsye I say hold your horses. We have too much talent to lose to any one left on our schedule excepting the Vols. If we escape Neiland with a W, then we are 10-2 and probably headed to the Cotton or the Outback, methinks. Either way there is still football to be played and as upset as I am about the loss to Florida it will be fun to see how our team responds. If we kick some ass for the rest of the season and beat Tennesee, it would set up a National Championship run for 07.
