King Cakes -- shipped

Any recommendations for a good place to order a King Cake or two, and have it shipped??

I was planning on ordering from Gambino's, but figure there are some experts on here that can make the perfect recommendation!

Note: I'm just looking for a traditional cake, not a filled one...

I have always gotten mine shipped from Gambino's.

 

I am a big fan of Haydel's in new orleans or Keller's in Lafayette

 

Rouse's makes a good one.

Randazzo's makes a good one as well.

 

There is Manny Randazzo's in Metairie. It is probably open. The Randazzo's Good Children bakery in Meraux is washed out. Randazzo's is the best traditional king cake. They do ship out.

The person with the bright idea of filling a king cake outght to be taken out back, drawn, quartered, and shot for good measure.:angryfire
