    ATLANTA ? LSU's chartered plane to Atlanta ran off the runway and into mud Sunday at Baton Rouge Metro Airport. It was the second time this season that the Tigers have been foiled by their plane.

    MONROE -- Northeastern Louisiana is again represented on the LSU Board of Supervisors. Gov. Kathleen Blanco late last week selected Hal Hinchliffe, a longtime friend and supporter, to replace Kent Anderson of Monroe, who resigned from the board in 2005.
