Meh..nothing of substance was really talked about. Van Pelt seems to be on the Les Miles fan wagon. Lots of talk about Les’ shoes and hat.
Go to espn.com then go to the ncaafootball tab at the top. There is a link for radio clips, and the interview is there. Coach said very little. He sounded fine. He said we need to control the ball and keep their O on the sidelines. Some nice joking with the guys. They were ragging on his shoes last week and he sent them a used one. Not much depth in the interview.
He said the same exact thing with the same exact keywords that he has said for the last 3 years. VERY dull and disappointing. But no, he didnt sound like a dumb arse. Sounded like he was reading the same script.
