    Is very refreshing...
It almost makes you feel good after hearing him talk about not only the team, but just things in general, doesnt it?

Im not one to suck the wang of a coach, but...
Its very different reading his quotes and reading Nick Saban's quotes.
I don't know if ive been "duped" but I so eagerly WANT to believe in Les Miles. But He just has that certain charisma...

    Honestly:

    He sings the alma mater...(?!?#@$!!!!??)
He is very positive in EVERYTHING
He gets most fans "pumped up" after just reading a quote/press conference article.
He is a very motivational person.

What is there not to like about this guy other than a 28-21 record at a chitty school in texas?

    God Bless Les Miles...:geauxtige

    /end CLM homoism

    :hihi:

It's true. They don't teach geography in the schools anymore.

Give the guy a break fellas. After all, he was in the NAVY and they don't teach you anything but invisible sea lanes there. Solid ground is not their forte! LOL

I'm as hopeful as the next Tiger fan inre the new Les Miles regime. I don't have a problem with Coach Bertman hiring him. However, I believe it was reckless to give him a 7 year contract. That is a lot of money to risk if he doesn't work out, and we've fired more than our fair share of coaches in the last 25 years we originally felt good about. Miles would still have certainly signed up had Coach Bertman offered him a 5 year contract, and it would have been much less financial risk for LSU. LSU!

Come on HC, didn't the Saban deal teach you anything about the importance of contracts?
