please excuse the typos, but here's a transcript from the interview as fast as i could type it: what do you know at this point about LSU in the rose there is nothing official but our fan base has purchased 32k seats uhhh at any bcs bowl that we're selected for as a match-up, i think LSU is a very attractive match=up with michigan in the rose bowl if you were given an opportunity to make an argument for LSU in the bcs, what would you say first off, we're a very talented team, if u look at the offense you'll see we can make big plays and running the ball we have balance...certainly JR is a premier qb maybe the finest in the country...best Dline, a mobile secondary...quality special teams...if you look at the quality of a team, you have all the skill needed to be a great team...only team in ncaa history to play 4 top 10 teams on the road...so if you're lookin for a hot team at the back end of the season we played two top 10 teams o nthe road and won...at 10-2, we'd like to line up and face anybody with a high ranking b/c this team is that capable michigan would be intriguing for you...as an asst coach and player...what what that mean to you that would be tremendous for our football team, had a great year ...we would like to compare a very quality LSU Team with a nationally ranked michigan team...my background at um probably heightens the respect that i have for our opponent and of courose my ba ckground every trail every qualification stems back to my days at michigan and bo what's your best memory of bo? there's so many...the one that's maybe more vivid than most ...no lemme give me you 3....1 iowa on the road...he got 2 back to back penalties for ripping an official...a game we won...he was always best on saturday before the game for his team....2...my fondest memory was the last game before he coached in the rose bowl and how much he enjoy his players and how much he loved coaching...i committed a lot of his days and antics to memory let's talk about your LSU Team ...JR was obviously outstanding against arkansas...what are his best attributes? he makes every throw...he's very bright...he can scramble out of the pocket...probably has as much natural talent as any qb in the country...in a game that's on the line, he would enjoy taking that team down the field and winning late...i can tell you in the last 7 years he's won 7 games when behind in the last quarter your d-coord. bo pelini has done an outstanding job...what would you say to bo about making a move? here's where they cut us off
