Hmmm......that's an interesting first post. You went through the trouble of registering just to ask that??
Just got a new toy and I'm still customizing. I could talk Tiger football, but I don't think anything needs to be said that hasn't already been said. Bring on the games, and as Coach Miles said yesterday, we'll see where we stack up at the end. I have to say - I like his confidence in our team, but I don't like the fact that he's providing bulletin board fodder to our opponents. It's one thing to be the best team at the beginning of the season, but what counts is where you are at the end of the season. He still has a job to do.
If you have a phone that is capable, it's just easier to make your own. Plenty of LSU mp3's are out there. I have made the NC countdown, the earthquake game, etc. It's not difficult.
My phone can store and play mp3's, but the file size is huge. Pregame took up 40% of my memory!!! My phone also supports .AMR files, so I downloaded a free mp3-to-amr converter here: http://www.miksoft.net/mobileAMRconverter.htm and downloaded a bunch of LSU mp3's here: http://www.lsufootball.net/, then converted them and uploaded. The quality is very good considering the Pregame file size went from 2 megs to 107K. Hope this helps.
look up software to lower the bit rate on the mp3 from say 128 to say 64 or 48 or 32. That will in turn lower the file size and voila. It's not tough to do but I don't have a link to the software......perhaps cnet is the best place to start.
