1. It is now official but been expected. In College Station at 6:30pm.
  2. That sucks to play a quality opponent on Thanksgiving. It means LSU has to schedule a bye week before that game instead of using the bye at a better time. Since there is always a bye before the Alabama game it means we play Arkansas the following week this year. I would rather see LSU play a rent-a-win team the week after Bama
  3. That is how J dickwrinkle got his win over the gumps 2 years ago

  4. Who was the scheduler for this? Is the penance for Joe Alleva speaking out against the schedule? This is straight up bullshit.
  5. A&M put the pressure on to get this Thanksgiving day game back which used to be a Texas/A&M tradition and ESPN helped them get what they wanted. Alleva and others at LSU made it clear we would not be playing a Thanksgiving game at Home. Maybe Texas gives up and starts scheduling A&M again or we could be in quite a few of these when on the road.
  6. At least we aren't playing the pig turds on Fridays for the season finale. Hog fans up here are shittin' bricks. LSU is their annual championship/bowl game.

  7. I'd rather play A+M on Thanksgiving NIGHT in Tiger Stadium than on Friday afternoon at 230. No more of that Friday afternoon BS. Had enough of the putrid day games. That's not LSU football. Hopefully the game will be scheduled for Saturday night because the Iron Bowl is usually that same Saturday afternoon. Keep AU/UA in the afternoon and put us and A+M on in Prime Time.

  8. I'd prefer to stick with the Friday game in Tiger Stadium. It gives traveling students and fans time to return from Thanksgiving get togethers and be in their seats.
  9. Just seems like LSU gets boned in the arse every year when it comes to the schedule.

  10. Friday is fine as long as it's played Nocturnally under the moon + stars and not sunlight. I know of very very few LSU Fans/Alums that like that Friday @230 CBS game.
