Didn't think I would be able to be back in the states this year but it looks like I will be. The first (and probably only) game i'll get to attend will be Auburn. Going rates on stub hub right now are starting at $200 apiece. Will this be the norm? I want to take the wife and the two kids but shelling out $800+ just for tickets is too much for what I make. Do any of you know if there will be the possibility to get 4 tix at a lower cost as the season approaches?

If not, I understand the supply and demand aspect of it. I wish it was another game i'd be able to make but this one looks like it will be the only one I'll be able to make.

    thanx

Given that this game is late in the year, coupled with my inability to predict the future, I'm not sure how much tickets will sell for. If both Auburn and LSU are undefeated in conference play you can bet your azz they will expensive. If Auburn sucks again they may not cost too much. Best bet is to wait until closer to game time unless you find a fool who makes you a good deal this early.

I've bought mine through Auburn before and they were cheaper. Not by much but cheaper. Had my buddies bring them down from Alabama.

I can almost bet they won't get any cheaper. This is a big rivalry in the West. The only way you can get them cheaper is to take a chance at someone holding up 4 tickets at game time. It's against the law to scalp in La.

    Good Luck!

Scalping was legalized in Louisiana last August..Its legal but just not on the actual property. You can sell it online.

Forgot the year but the AU game that we intecepted in the endzone at the end, one guy wanted $300.00 a piece. I waited and got them for $100.00 but almost regretted it cause it wasn't til RIGHT before the game started and I'd actually figured we weren't getting in. (Was my wife's first game).

Thanks. :thumb: My wife's family is big on McNeese  I remember telling her before the game that this would make McNeese look like a high school game. After the game, she agreed- it was LOUD and PROUD in Tiger Stadium.
